ClearUp AI is operated by Thao Ngo, located in Vietnam ("we", "us", or "our").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ClearUp AI. By using ClearUp AI, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ClearUp AI. If you are under the age of majority, you need parent or guardian consent.
ClearUp AI provides on-device scanning of your Photo Library to help you find duplicates, similar photos and videos, screenshots, blurry shots, and other cleanable items, plus review and deletion workflows. Features may change at any time.
ClearUp AI requires Photo Library permission to work. You choose what to delete. Cleaning may move items to in-app Trash before they are removed from Photos through Apple’s APIs. Once emptied from Photos Recently Deleted, deletion is permanent. You are solely responsible for reviewing selections and for any loss of media.
ClearUp AI does not require a user account. Your media stays on your device. Analysis runs locally. You are responsible for device security, backups, and decisions about what to keep or delete.
ClearUp AI may offer free features and optional premium subscriptions. Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple, auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are managed in your Apple ID settings. Refund requests must be made to Apple.
You may not misuse the Service, violate law, interfere with operation, exceed intended usage limits, or infringe third-party rights. We may suspend access for violations.
You retain ownership of your photos and videos. ClearUp AI does not claim ownership of your media. You are responsible for having the right to access and delete content on your device.
ClearUp AI and its materials are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited personal license for non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms and App Store rules.
Apple, Google (Firebase), RevenueCat, and other providers have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Your use of ClearUp AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearUp AI is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of duplicate or similarity detection, storage estimates, or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of photos or videos. Our total liability is limited to the greater of amounts you paid in the prior 12 months or USD $50.
You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your use of ClearUp AI, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using ClearUp AI at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal requirements, or service discontinuation.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
If you obtained ClearUp AI from the App Store, Apple is not responsible for the app or support, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
